Advanced Working Equitation Clinic

"Go Beyond the Basics with One-handed Canter Work & Flying Changes"
IALHA Campionships3
Advance Working Equitation is the sum total manifestation of Classical principles.

The core concepts / principles of Classical training is to build a work horse that can be willfully guided with one-hand while performing duties with the free hand.

This is where we take the Principles of Working Equitation: Rhythm, Relaxation, Connection, Impulsion, Straightness, Collection to the extreme limits.

"What key concepts will you learn?"
  • How do you create the correct bend in a 10m circle walk, trot, canter, one-handed?
  • How do you create the correct bend in half-pass / leg-yield walk, trot, canter, one-handed?
  • How do you create seamless transitions walk, trot, canter?
  • Can you recognize self-carriage?
  • How will a "Canter Pirouette" help with obstacles?

I don't consider a clinic successful until each rider has a firm understanding of the concepts of lateral work, canter work, and we improved something with their horse. Regardless of how good we think our horses are, we still do not have a "Perfect Horse". Every horse can improve something and that is what I will do! "Guaranteed"
