After a few low 60's scores at the Morgan show, I went back and changed up some things. Man what a difference in Carbon. He has never felt so good under me. Except for a few bobbles, Carbon was on the money that day. We picked up two more 1st places and made it into the 80s first time ever. It was just one of those days when everything fell into place. We got Cheryl's feet wet. I was real proud that Cheryl and Dunbar showed for the first time. Cheryl has never shown anything before and Dunbar has been used for a nice sturdy trail horse his whole life. I think once Dunbar has his loping legs on correctly, he will be a real inspiration to the average trail rider to try out this new sport.
